Keen to be Green

Most of our products/packaging are made from recycled materials and/or are recyclable.
Many of our products/packaging are biodegradable/compostable.

After our last birthday party, we concluded that these parties have lives of their own!

There is so much mess and garbage to toss afterward! We decided that we could try to do something about "what" we threw away rather than how much. We then sought out toys with longevity, products that were made from recycled materials or could be recycled themselves, and packaging that would not pollute the landfills!

We have been pleasantly surprised and proud to find so many eco-friendly products and eco-conscious manufacturers in our great country!

Unfortunately, we have not been able to find everything we need in Canada. Our clear loot bags and clear 'cellophane-like' packaging are made in the U.S.
The biodegradable/compostable ribbon is made in China by Berwick USA. The wraffia we use is natural and from Madagascar.

We will continue to search for eco-friendly Canadian-made packaging. In the mean time, we prefer to hold true to our drive to leave a good carbon foot-print, to the best of our abilities.

It's a great feeling knowing that most of the excess packaging we throw away after birthday parties will degrade rather than pollute!
