ORDER LEAD TIME

Please place your order at least 10 days before your party or event. While we can process and ship your order of in-stock items within 3 business days of receiving your payment, we recommend this lead time to allow for returns and/or exchanges. This way, you can ensure you will receive your order in time.

BACK-ORDERS
Items will be shipped within 7-10 days of receiving your completed order. We will notify you of unexpected delays.

PAYMENT METHOD: PayPal ONLY

It is the most secure way to pay for online purchases! You do not need to open a PayPal account to use this method. You can use a credit card or bank card to make your purchase.

RETURNS
We would like you to be 100% Satisfied with your purchase!
*Please report any damaged items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
All packages are inspected prior to shipping for accuracy and quality.
We must be notified immediately of any items that arrive damaged.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE
*Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization code. To receive your code, please notify us by email of your intention to return all or some of the items you purchased. We will issue a return authorization code in our reply email.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please return the applicable merchandise, with a return authorization code, for exchange or a full refund within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

REFUNDS
To receive a full refund, all applicable items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package.
Items mustbe returned in the following conditions:
-Unused,
-Unopened,
-In original packaging,
-With original seals, and contents in tact.
Items returned without meeting the above criteria will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued for the affected items.

*When applicable, refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your return with accompanying Return Authorization Code.

*SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
This applies to orders shipped from us and returns shipped from customers to us.

Because all financial transactions are processed directly through PayPal, your financial information is completely secure and is never processed on this site!

Whenever you contact us by email, your correspondence and email address are never stored on this site. In fact, each customer receives a Customer ID which we use to verify your identity whenever we communicate with you.
All personal information we collect is stored in accordance with Canadian information protection legislation and will only be released if/when mandated by law.

We prefer to keep things simple. We collect only the personal information we need to ship your order to you. We DO NOT sell/distribute customer information to anyone! We encourage you to visit our site often as we do not send advertising emails to customers at this time.
